Urban Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Join us over the public holiday for a day of yoga and meditation.
This retreat is designed to help deepen your understanding of yoga and the dynamic nature between the mind and body.
October 6th 9am-5pm
We offer 4 week Meditation Courses and 6 week Foundations to Yoga Courses.
Meditation for Beginners: Monday 7-8pm
Foundations to Yoga: Monday 7:15-8:45pm
Yoga and Mindfulness For Post Natal Depression
Practicing simple postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditations the body/mind gets the opportunity to heal itself and release old feelings and thought patterns.
