Foundations To Yoga Beginners Course-Runs every 6 Weeks Course
Great for beginners and anyone looking to get back into yoga after a break.
This course will cover the foundations of basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Reduce anxiety, feelings of stress, improve postural alignment and healthy breathing habits.
6 Week Courses : Mondays 7:15-8:45 pm or Sunday 11:00am-12:15 pm
$132 (inc GST) includes a 2 week unlimited pass from the end of the course.
Ashtanga Beginners Course 2 mornings a week- Runs every 4 weeks
