You will learn the fundamental Yoga Postures and alignment, the basis of breathing for wellbeing and health, and very simple but effective relaxation techniques.

In this 10 week course you will be practicing simple postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditations the body/mind gets the opportunity to heal itself and release old feelings and thought patterns.
