Yoga For Anxiety
This course uses the therapeutic application of yoga to help reduce feelings and thoughts of anxiety. You will learn simple postures and breathing techniques to activate what is known as the “Relaxation Response” which is opposite to our “Fight and Flight Response”. You will practice Mindfulness and develop simple meditation practices too.
This course is available to beginners or more experienced practitioners ad is a great adjunct to other therapies.
