Foundations of Yoga – 6 Week Beginners Course

New to yoga, getting back into it, or just want to get a better foundation?

Then come and try our beginners ‘Foundations of Yoga’ course!

This course will help you to enhance your yoga experience through deeper understanding of techniques and purposes. Throughout the 6-week course you will be introduced to the basics of yoga, allowing you to gain a firm grounding of its concepts and practice.

Meditation Course

A 6 week course where you will learn a variety of techniques and practices of meditation.

Be guided through a gentle relaxation practice each Monday evening, and learn how to use the breath to quieten the mind, still the body and calm your emotions. From this, gain a sense of tranquility and the mental and practical tools to take this with you into your everyday life. Meditation practices can include breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, mudra, mantra and visualisation practices.

Yoga For Anxiety and Stress

In this 6 week course you will be practicing simple postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditations during which the body/mind gets the opportunity to heal itself andcreate more positive feelings the ability to activate the relaxation response.
