Yoga For Anxiety

This course uses the therapeutic application of yoga to help reduce feelings and thoughts of anxiety. You will learn simple postures and breathing techniques to activate what is known as the “Relaxation Response” which is opposite to our “Fight and Flight Response”. You will also practice Mindfulness and develop simple meditation practices.

This course is available to beginners or more experienced practitioners and is a great adjunct to other therapies.

Beginner Foundations of Yoga Course

Keen to start yoga or wanting to get back into it?

Join us for our 6 week Beginners Yoga Course were you will be introduced to the foundations of yoga including foundational asanas, alignment and yogic breathing
