Meditation & Relaxation 4 Week Beginners Course

Learn how to meditate at Concord Yoga Studio. You will discover simple, effective resources and techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety, calm the mind and body, and restore energy. Meditation is a simple solution to releasing stress, helping manage chronic pain and improving wellbeing.

Beginners Foundation of Yoga 6 Week Course

Throughout the 6-week course you will be introduced to the basics of yoga, allowing you to gain a firm grounding of its concepts and practice.


Mondays 7:15 – 8:45pm

Sundays 11:00 – 12:15pm
