This course will help you to enhance your yoga experience through deeper understanding of techniques and purposes. Throughout the 6-week course you will be introduced to the basics of yoga, allowing you to gain a firm grounding of its concepts and practice.

Meditation Course

A 6 week course where you will learn a variety of techniques and practices of meditation.

Be guided through a gentle relaxation practice each Monday evening, and learn how to use the breath to quieten the mind, still the body and calm your emotions. From this, gain a sense of tranquility and the mental and practical tools to take this with you into your everyday life.
