Yoga and Mindfulness For Anxiety and Depression

In this 10 week course you will be practicing simple postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditations the body/mind gets the opportunity to heal itself and release old feelings and thought patterns.

Saturday – 9:30-10:30am
